My thorough ear cleaning services go beyond wax removal, ensuring your ears are free from debris, dirt, and any obstructions for optimal ear health. Utilizing safe and effective techniques, I provide expert ear wax removal to help you regain clear and comfortable hearing.
it is different to ear syringing and involves the use of an electronic ear irrigation pump that will pump warm water into the ear canal and flush out the softened ear wax, the water and ear wax are collected in a special container designed to sit under the ear.
It is considered one of the safest methods of ear wax removal and involves a small cone been placed into the ear and a sterile suction tube will then be placed inside the cone and using a suction unit a vacuum created to gently draw the excess ear wax from the ear canal.
To make the procedure is as comfortable and straight forward as possible it is important to prepare the ears and soften the ear wax. To ensure adequate preparation please insert warm olive oil or the spray ‘Earol’ into the ear for a minimum of five consecutive days before the appointment, please be aware there may be a slight increase to the loss of hearing as the wax will soak up the oil.
